I don’t use to eat fresh fruits….I admit. But I’ve understood that I like fruits, but sometimes I don’t like their fibrous texture; so I’ve descovered some ways to eat it with pleasure: cooking it in a cake, putting it in a salad, making a juice or a smoothie. This is a very simple and fast recipe to start the day….in just 5 min ready!

Ingredients (for 2 people):

  • Strawberries 10,5 oz
  • Velvet tofu 7,5 oz
  • 2 tablespoons of agave syrup
  • 1 glass of rice drink natural

to guarnish:

  • some fresh mint leaves

Steps:

  1. Wash strawberries and blend them all together with the other ingredients.

  2. Serve with some fresh mint leaves.
